Kunfah ships across Canada. This page explains how shipping works, what it costs, and what to expect between placing your order and it arriving at your door.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses across Canada, anywhere within Canada Post’s delivery network. Shipping outside Canada is not currently available.
Free standard shipping
Free standard shipping on eligible Canadian orders of $100 CAD or more, before applicable taxes and after any discounts, subject to the exclusions below.
Orders below the free-shipping threshold have a shipping charge calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your address, the items in your cart, and the shipping method you choose. We don’t charge a flat guess up front — checkout always shows the exact, final shipping cost before you pay.
Some products or order types may be excluded from free shipping (for example, oversized items or promotional exclusions). Any exclusion that applies to your order will be shown clearly in your cart or at checkout — never after you’ve paid.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before they ship, not including weekends and statutory holidays. During sale periods or high order volumes, processing may take a little longer — we’ll let you know if that’s the case for your order.
Estimated delivery times
Once your order ships, standard delivery within Canada typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. We don’t currently offer expedited shipping — every order ships via our standard shipping method.
Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carrier(s) and are our best available guidance — they are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Kunfah is not able to guarantee a package will arrive by a specific date.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where the shipping method includes tracking), so you can follow your package’s progress. We ship with Canada Post, UPS and FedEx, depending on your order and location.
Carrier delays
Occasionally, packages are delayed by our shipping carriers due to weather, high volume, customs processes, or other events outside our control. We’re not able to control carrier networks directly, but if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us — we’re glad to look into it with the carrier on your behalf.
Remote and rural delivery
Delivery to remote, rural, or northern communities may take longer than the standard estimate above, and in some cases may involve an additional carrier surcharge shown at checkout. We ship anywhere within Canada Post’s delivery network — if an address falls outside that network, we’ll contact you before your order ships to discuss options.
Your shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Kunfah ships to the address you provide at checkout, and is not responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after ordering, contact us right away — we’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but can’t guarantee a change once an order has already shipped.
Split shipments
If your order contains items shipping from different locations, or is too large for one package, it may arrive in more than one shipment. Where this applies, you’ll receive tracking information for each package. Splitting a shipment does not change your order’s total shipping cost.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address or a missed delivery that wasn’t rescheduled with the carrier), we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship a returned package, depending on the circumstances.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into it — see our Returns & Refunds page for how we handle damaged, defective or missing items.
