Accounts and guest checkout
You can shop with Kunfah either by creating an account or by checking out as a guest. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Product information and availability
We aim to describe products accurately, using information and images supplied by our distributors and the products’ manufacturers. Occasionally a description, image, or specification may contain an error, or a product may sell out or be discontinued by the manufacturer. Where this happens, we’ll let you know as soon as we’re aware and work with you on a solution — a substitute, a delay, or a cancellation and refund of that item.
Colours, textures and finishes may appear slightly different on screen than in person, due to normal variation in displays and photography.
Pricing and taxes
Prices on this website are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and don’t include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise — applicable Canadian federal and provincial sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping charges, where they apply, are also shown at checkout before you pay.
We take reasonable care to keep pricing accurate, but if a pricing error is discovered on an order that hasn’t yet been accepted, we’ll contact you before proceeding — we won’t silently charge a corrected price without telling you first.
Orders and order acceptance
